When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than JUNE 19, 2026.
What if I miss the RSVP deadline?
If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us.
Are kids welcome on wedding day?
We have decided that our wedding day will be exclusively for adults. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space at the venue, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, the detail card will specify the number of seats we have saved for your group. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Please reach out to McKenna or Rob with any questions.
Can kids come to events on Thursday/Friday?
Yes! Please feel free to bring your kiddos to the pickleball palooza on Thursday and to the welcome party on Friday.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! Please see the "Shuttle to Venue" tab for more information.
Can I catch an earlier shuttle home?
Unfortunately shuttles will not be departing from the venue any earlier than 11pm.
Is there parking at the venue?
For those wanting to drive separately, there is a parking lot at the venue with plenty of spots. Please note that you CANNOT leave your car parked at the venue overnight.
Can I uber/lyft?
You can Uber/Lyft to the venue but due to the venue's location, it is unlikely that you'll be able to snag an Uber or Lyft ride home at the end of the night.
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans or shorts.
Is the wedding outside?
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be outside. The reception will be under a tent. Bring layers!
Will the meal accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We made sure that our vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free friends have plenty of options for dinner. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can let our vendors know.
What if I'm worried about the elevation?
Idaho Springs is situated at an elevation of approximately 7,526 ft. For folks flying from out of town, we recommend getting to Colorado a day or two before the wedding to acclimate to higher elevation. Drinking lots of water is key!
